About The Sea Dancer The Sea Dancer is a custom Carolina boat, built by Briggs Boatworks in Wanchese, North Carolina.  Her length is 39' and beam is 12' 6''.  She is powered by a turbo charged Detriot 6-71 Diesel, producing 450 HP.  This reliable engine produces a 23 KT cruise speed.  Her deep V Carolina fare gives an excellent ride and superior handling.  In addition to normal Coast Guard safety equipment, The Sea Dancer also has a six man life pod, equipped with provisions, water, and signaling devices. Fishing equipment aboard The Sea Dancer is all tournament grade, including Shimano Tiagra, Penn International, Shimano TLD standup reels as well as Shimano TLD Live Bair reels.  Cannon down riggers and Rupp outriggers allow us to cover the water with our spread, both up and down.
